A semi-rural community nestled between the villages of Gibsons and Roberts Creek BC, Elphinstone is bounded by the Salish Sea to the south and Mount Elphinstone to the north.

The Elphinstone Community Association is a democratic society that promotes community engagement, harmony, and advocacy on behalf of our neighbours here on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples.
