Cedar Grove Elementary is the small community school in the heart of Elphinstone.
Community Halls
Elphinstone has two community halls which can be rented for events, Chaster House and Frank West Hall. Most in-person ECA meetings are held at Frank West Hall, which is also the voting location for Area E.

Elphinstone is home to a beautiful shoreline with beaches and an oceanfront walk, an accessible playground at Cedar Grove Elementary, several large and small neighborhood parks, and an expanding network of multi-use trails. See map
